In accordance with our Mission, Acustronic has developed a structure that allows individuals to work as an independent person and as a team simultaneously. The most effective way to integrate the team is to perceive each member as one brain utilizing both functions: the right hemisphere that interprets information through visual or creative cues, and the left hemisphere that interprets details and reasoning. Each of us is capable of using both sides and it is important for each person to take advantage of this ability.

Acustronic consists of teams which are organized around business processes and which are responsible for the results they generate. By flattening portions of the organization and holding the team members accountable for results, it asserts that decisions will be made more quickly and more consistently with business objectives. This tool seeks to reduce problems with cross-functional coordination by ensuring that the team members have the necessary skills to have end-to-end accountability for the process.
As a result, our vision is to transmit meaningful messages, giving to every person the chance to develop their potential in any level that we designed inside our conceptual markets.
