Acustronic is a Miami-based organization that pioneers and develops contemporary concepts in the realms of music production, fine art, and the visual & multi-media arts.

For the last four years, 35-year-old CEO and founder of Acustronic, Juan Carlos Penaloza, has been expanding upon the existing boundaries of creativity and originality to craft a “Concept Label” that brings a new dimension of abstract thinking to today’s innovative world of entertainment.

Son of a former chief commander of the Venezuelan army and a securities broker/entrepreneur in the United States, Juan Carlos envisioned a brand that would combine his love of music with his business investment savvy and leadership skills.

After having played for successful bands such as Zapato Tres and Soma, Juan Carlos decided to form a band that would follow an original concept based on purposeful messages. In late 2003, organicArma was born along- side the group’s Concept Label, Acustronic.

Today, the Acustronic Concept Label represents a fusion of acoustics and electronics, influenced by art and science and actualized by musicians & artists, developing visionary and cutting-edge production ideas based on the principles of duality, risk, trust and mind awareness.

Acustronic’s headquarters “Awarehouse” is a fully equipped state-of-the-art multi-use space, featuring a live performance venue and in-house recording studio. With its team of highly-trained and experienced audio engineers and multi-media designers, Acustronic has not only produced music on the world stage and for global blue-chip brands, but continues to collaborate with award-winning DJs and producers as well as some of the most recognized names in the world of art.

Utilizing fashion as another means to transmit art, Acustronic and organicArma made a grand entrance at the Musee de Louvre during Paris Fashion Week in 2007. Acustronic was executive producer while Acustronic's artist, organicArma, delivered an explosive performance for a fashion installation of Oscar Carvallo designs featuring Carlos Cruz-Diez kinetic printed art.

Acustronic has developed a unique alignment with some of Latin America’s most innovative masters of art through their partnership with Luis Perez Galeria. Sharing Awarehouse as a home, this collaboration aims to bring together Acustronic’s contemporary philosophies in language, music, art, fashion with Luis Perez Galeria's history in championing distinguished, enduring and captivating fine art.
