Designated as the headquarters for the Acustronic Concept Label, the Awarehouse houses an exhibition space for the fine art gallery, Luis Pérez Galeria, a live performance art and music venue, a music recording and production studio, as well as, a multimedia and video production studio.


Additionally, the Awarehouse will feature a 10,000 sq. ft. outdoor garden where one is invited to discover fine art sculptures curated by Luis Pérez Galeria, multimedia installations, unique landscaping and lighting, open-air film screenings, and Acustronic concept events bringing together the technology worlds with the global community interested in learning, teaching, sharing, creating and transmitting a conceptual movement.


Our place has an state of the art sound and a professional stage that can be utilized by production companies and promoters for music concerts, art shows and any multimedia type of event. The space is also available for rentals that include corporate, private and social events. The indoors and projection capabilities are great for conferences, seminars and brand showcases.
